Game plan for more energy

What will I do when I have no energy and I’m craving a sugar boost? 
  1. Drink a cup of water
  2. Do jumping jacks
  3. Chew gum
  4. Take a nap if I need it
  5. Do my workout
  6. Eat a balanced snack like an apple and peanut butter
  7. Eat nuts
  8. Breathe deeply for 10 counts
  9. Take a quick walk around the backyard with the kids
  10. Jump on the trampoline with the kids
  11. Turn on fun music and dance with the kids
  12. Turn on The Fitness Marshall
  13. Play the piano
  14. Eat FRUIT!! Lots of fruit!
  15. Eat a handful of carrots
  16. Get dressed and do hair/makeup
  17. Facetime a friend or family
  18. Eat protein
  19. And as a very last resort, drink Crystal Light caffeine.
