Game plan for more energy
What will I do when I have no energy and I’m craving a sugar boost?
- Drink a cup of water
- Do jumping jacks
- Chew gum
- Take a nap if I need it
- Do my workout
- Eat a balanced snack like an apple and peanut butter
- Eat nuts
- Breathe deeply for 10 counts
- Take a quick walk around the backyard with the kids
- Jump on the trampoline with the kids
- Turn on fun music and dance with the kids
- Turn on The Fitness Marshall
- Play the piano
- Eat FRUIT!! Lots of fruit!
- Eat a handful of carrots
- Get dressed and do hair/makeup
- Facetime a friend or family
- Eat protein
- And as a very last resort, drink Crystal Light caffeine.
