The Rules

Here are the rules for 2018:

1. As much as possible, don't eat anything that is sweet.
2. Don't eat any foods that have more than 3g of added sugar (fructose) in them.
3. Whole fruits are always good to eat. (No fruit juice, dried fruits, canned fruits, or fruits that have been turned straight to sugar)
4. Plain dairy foods are always good to eat.
5. Focus on healthy veggies, fruits, nuts, dairy, and whole grains!
